3. Client Responsibilities

4. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates agree to:

5. Fees and Payment

  • Recruitment fees will be charged as per agreed contract between Shivam Overseas and the client.
  • Fees are non-refundable once the candidate has been successfully placed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Any additional services may incur extra charges.

6. No Guarantee of Employment

Shivam Overseas does not guarantee:

  • Job placement for candidates
  • Candidate selection by clients
  • Duration or continuation of employment

7. Replacement Policy

Replacement of candidates, if applicable, will be governed by the specific agreement signed with the client and may be subject to time limits and conditions.

All information shared between clients, candidates, and Shivam Overseas will be kept confidential and used solely for recruitment purposes unless required by law.


9. Limitation of Liability

Shivam Overseas shall not be held liable for:

  • Any loss, damage, or disputes arising between employer and candidate
  • Misrepresentation of information provided by candidates or clients
  • Employment-related issues after placement

10. Compliance with Laws

All parties agree to comply with:

  • Visa and immigration rules of respective countries

11. Termination of Services

Shivam Overseas reserves the right to terminate services if:
